About this scholarship

What it is

Romania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the Ministry of Education and Research, offers scholarships each year to citizens of non-EU countries for full degrees at its accredited public universities — bachelor's, master's and doctoral. It is applied for online and nowhere else, and it asks for no admission letter first: you apply to the scholarship with your school results, name the programmes you want, and the ministries place you.
