What it is
The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme is the Research Grants Council’s award for PhD study at any of Hong Kong’s eight publicly funded universities — HKU, CUHK, HKUST, PolyU, CityU, HKBU, Lingnan and EdUHK. 400 fellowships are awarded for 2027/28, across every field, and it is open to applicants of any nationality.
